This unit reduces the amount of water that is on the recently washed product.


This unit has been designed to reduce the amount of water that enters into the fryer from recently washed vegetables. The unit consists of a conveyer belt that takes the wet product from being washed and moves it past two specially angled air nozzles that dry it. The nozzles are angled to move the product as it is dried and in this way dry the entire surface of the product.
